MOTOR VEHICLE, PERSONAL PROPERTY AND THE REMAINING BALANCE ON REAL ESTATE ACCOUNTS ARE NOW AVAILABLE TO PAY ONLINE AT www.boltonct.gov FOLLOW THE LINKS FOR “ONLINE TAX PAYMENT”. BILLS WILL BE MAILED OUT 9-30.   THESE BILLS WILL NEED TO BE PAID BY NOVEMBER 3, 2025 TO AVOID INTEREST. 

REAL ESTATE TAX BILLS THAT ARE ESCROWED WITH A MORTGAGE LENDER WILL BE SENT TO THEM FOR PAYMENT.

The Town of Bolton Zoning Board of Appeals took the following actions at its meeting on June 14, 2022:

  1. To approve the appl. of Daniel Johnston, Ambassador Pool Distributers, Inc., for Tonya LaPlante-11 Enrico Rd –for a variance of Section 11 (Dimensional Requirements) of the Bolton Zoning Regulations of 12 feet from the 40 ft rear yard setback requirement, permitting an above-ground pool with integrated deck & fence 28 ft from the property line.
