The Bolton Planning & Zoning Commission, at its March 8, 2023 regular meeting, approved:
- extending current moratorium to 07/13/23 to evaluate public input and Zoning Regulation amendments re: cannabis (#PL-22-6).
- Town staff to handle Special Permit for CANdle Studio & Retail Store, 299 Boston Turnpike, Meghan Crandall (#PL-23-3) as a minor modification and amend appl fee for a zoning application.
