COFFEE AND CONVERSATION:

The Board of Selectmen and the Board of Education will host a Coffee and Conversation Meeting on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Bolton Senior Center (104 Notch Rd, Bolton, CT 06043).

TAX COLLECTOR

Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of the Town of Bolton that the taxes for the 2024 Grand List will be due and payable on August 1st, 2025. The Tax Collector’s office is located in the Bolton Town Hall, 222 Bolton Center Rd, Bolton, CT, lower level. Office hours for payments are as follows:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday – 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Tuesday – 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Friday – 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Payments must be received or postmarked by September 2ndt, 2025, to avoid interest. Interest at the rate of 1.5% per month will be charged for all taxes remaining unpaid. Interest starts accruing from August 1st, 2025, the date the taxes became due and payable. Minimum interest charge is $2.00 per bill.

Failure to receive a tax bill does not invalidate the tax or interest per CT State Statute. Please visit our website for additional information and FAQs at boltonct.gov.
