NOTICE FROM THE TAX COLLECTOR’S OFFICE

 – PLEASE READ -

DUE TO STAFF SHORTAGES THERE WILL BE LIMITED SERVICES AVAILABLE IN THE TAX COLLECTOR’S OFFICE FROM FEBRUARY 24-MARCH 6.  YOU MAY PAY YOUR TAX BILL ONLINE, DROP IT OFF IN THE DROP SLOT BY TAX COLLECTOR’S DOOR OR BY MAIL.  PLEASE PLAN AHEAD IF YOU NEED TO REGISTER A CAR.  ABSOLUTELY NO IMMEDIATE TAKE OFF’S WILL BE ABLE TO BE MADE DURING THAT TIME PERIOD.

Once you put in your name check the “IRS Payment Records for Year 2025”
Check all account you want to include in your report and then click “VIEW IRS”
You can then print that page out for your records.

ONLINE PROPERTY TAX BILL PAY AND LOOKUP

Please read the following before paying your taxes online.

Online payments can take up to 5 days to process and post as paid online.

Please read if you need to register a car

All taxes need to be paid in full in the name(s) of the person(s) registering.

DMV flags will be removed automatically within 10 business days from the date your payment was posted.

For immediate DMV clearance you will need to:

Pay online with a *Credit Card or *Debit Card AND call my office during office hours and we will be happy to assist you with that.

Pay in the office with cash, money order or certified check.  You may also use a *Credit Card or *Debit Card in the office.  See below the fees for credit or debit cards.

If payment is made with an electronic check or personal check and in certain instances a debit card, a document showing us proof that this payment has cleared your bank account will need to be provided if clearance is required before 10 business days.

** IMMEDIATE CLEARANCE IS A CONVENIENCE AND THE TAX OFFICE DOES ITS BEST TO PROVIDE THIS SERVICE.  THERE MAY BE TIMES IT IS UNAVAILABLE FOR US TO DO.

A fee of 2.50% for Credit Cards (with $2.00 minimum), $0.95 for E-Checks, and $3.95 flat fee for Debit Cards will be charged by our vendor, Point and Pay, and is non-refundable.
