The Assessor's Office reminds motor vehicle owners that December 31, 2025, is the last day:
- to receive credit on a tax bill for the 10/1/2023 Grand List, provided proof of disposal and the plate cancellation, if applicable, is provided per CT General Statute 12-71c(b);
- for active duty service members to apply for the exemption from property tax of one motor vehicle on the 2024 Grand List.
