BOARD OF ASSESSMENT APPEALS
NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
Per CGS §12-110(a), the Board of Assessment Appeals will meet Tuesday, 10/28/2025 at 6:00 pm, in the Tax & Assessment Office, Lower Level of Town Hall, to hear motor vehicle appeals on the 2024 Grand List. Appeal applications may be submitted to the Assessor’s Office by 1:00 pm, Friday, 10/24/2025. Walk-ins are permitted. Per 12-71(b)(g)(2), only the MSRP can be appealed. Applications are available on the BAA page of the town’s website, www.boltonct.gov and in the Assessor’s Office.
