DUE TO STAFF SHORTAGES THERE WILL BE LIMITED SERVICES AVAILABLE IN THE TAX COLLECTOR’S OFFICE FROM FEBRUARY 24-MARCH 6.  YOU MAY PAY YOUR TAX BILL ONLINE, DROP IT OFF IN THE DROP SLOT BY TAX COLLECTOR’S DOOR OR BY MAIL.  PLEASE PLAN AHEAD IF YOU NEED TO REGISTER A CAR.  ABSOLUTELY NO IMMEDIATE TAKE OFF’S WILL BE ABLE TO BE MADE DURING THAT TIME PERIOD.

LEGAL NOTICE
TOWN OF BOLTON

Per (CGS §12-110), the Board of Assessment Appeals will meet Tuesday, 9/9/2025 at 6:00 pm, in the Tax & Assessment Office in the Lower Level of Town Hall, to hear motor vehicle appeals on the 2024 Grand List.  Appeal applications may be submitted to the Assessor’s Office by 1:00 pm, Friday, 9/5/2025.  Walk-ins are also permitted.  Per 12-71(b)(g)(2), only the MSRP can be appealed.  Appeal applications are available on the BAA page of the town’s website, https://town.boltonct.gov/ and at the Assessor’s Office.
