UPDATE FROM THE TAX OFFICE: 

Real Estate tax bills will be in the mail and available to pay online 7-31-25.  These bills are going to be billed using the temporary rate set by the Finance Committee of 31 mills.  They will need to be paid by September 2, 2025, to avoid interest.   Once a budget is approved and the mill rate is set, Motor Vehicle, Supplemental Motor Vehicle, Personal Property and if necessary, a supplemental Real Estate tax bill will be mailed and a due date will be set for them.

The Connecticut Department of Transportation (Department) will conduct a Public Informational Meeting to present the findings of Proposed Project No. 012-003, a concept to construct potential improvements in the Town of Bolton including the realignment of Notch Road and Route 6 and the construction of a shared-use path from the Hop River Trail to Quarry Road. The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, December 6, 2017 (snow date of Tuesday, December 12, 2017) at the Bolton Town Hall, 222 Bolton Center Road, Bolton, Connecticut. The presentation will begin at 7:00 p.m.
