UPDATE FROM THE TAX OFFICE: 

TAX BILLS WILL BE MAILED OUT BEFORE THE END OF JULY.  TAXPAYERS WILL HAVE UNTIL SEPTEMBER 2ND TO PAY BEFORE THEY BECOME DELINQUENT.  PLEASE REACH OUT TO THE TAX OR ASSESSORS' OFFICE IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR TAX BILL(S) BY THE 1ST WEEK OF AUGUST.

Bear Sightings in Town

There have been numerous bear sightings reported in the center of town recently. For the safety of our residents and surrounding communities, we strongly encourage everyone to stay informed and take necessary precautions.

The Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) provides helpful guidelines on how to coexist with black bears safely. You can access the fact sheet and safety tips at the link below:
