The Mitchell family’s legacy in the heating industry dates back to the 1940s, when the family first entered the coal business. In 1957, Mitchell Fuel Company, Inc. was founded, providing heating oil delivery, coal, and heating services throughout Connecticut. Carrying on that proud tradition, John J Mitchell Jr. started working for the company in 1975 and is currently the owner and operator of the company. In 2020 John J Mitchell Jr. expanded the company to include Mitchell Home Services in Bolton offering kitchen and bathroom remodels, HVAC and air conditioning, plumbing installation, and service.
Located at 263 Boston Turnpike in Bolton, Mitchell Home Services chose the town for its small-town charm and community pride. The showroom features Kohler fixtures and serves as a one-stop destination for quality home improvement and comfort solutions.
