UPDATE FROM THE TAX OFFICE: 

MOTOR VEHICLE, PERSONAL PROPERTY AND THE REMAINING BALANCE DUE ON REAL ESTATE ACCOUNTS WILL BE BILLED BY THE END OF SEPTEMBER.  THESE BILLS WILL HAVE TO BE PAID BY NOVEMBER 3, 2025, TO AVOID INTEREST.  THE TAX OFFICE WILL HAVE THEM AVAILABLE TO PAY SOONER AND WILL UPDATE HERE WHEN THEY ARE AVAILABLE.

THE COLLECTION ON THE REAL ESTATE ACCOUNTS WITH THE TEMPORARY MILL RATE OF 31 PAYABLE IN AUGUST WENT WELL AND COLLECTIONS FOR THOSE ACCOUNTS ARE AT 97.5%.  IF YOU STILL OWE A BALANCE ON THIS TAX BILL, PAYMENTS CAN STILL BE MADE ONLINE AND IN THE TAX OFFICE.  3% INTEREST HAS BEEN ADDED ON TO THE BALANCE OF THESE TAX ACCOUNTS THAT WILL BE GOOD THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 2025.  INTEREST CAN NOT BE WAIVED.

The Town of Bolton is happy to announce that the Business of the Month for June is Georgina’s Italian Restaurant. Georgina’s has been a Bolton staple since 1992 and has been serving amazing Italian cuisine ever since. If you are looking for the perfect place to host a party, celebrating an anniversary, or just going out to have some fun,
then Georgina’s is the place to be.
 
Georgina’s owned by George and Soula Koutouzis. Originally from Hartford, George and Soula were looking for a place to start their own business and found Bolton.
Loving the close-knit community and small-town charm, they decided not only to open their restaurant here but to move their family here as well. Raising three kids and running a restaurant, they have made Bolton their home.
 
So, on behalf of the town, we are proud to announce Georgina’s Italian Restaurant as Business of the Month and encourage everyone to stop by. Georgina’s is located on Route 44 right before Route 44 and Route 6 intersect.
