COFFEE AND CONVERSATION:

The Board of Selectmen and the Board of Education will host a Coffee and Conversation Meeting on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Bolton Senior Center (104 Notch Rd, Bolton, CT 06043).

THE PANEL WILL ALSO BE AVAILABLE TO DISCUSS ANY TOPICS OR QUESTIONS THAT RESIDENTS WOULD LIKE TO BRING FORWARD.

Energy Assistance

Energy Assistance – Do you need help heating your home?  Energy Assistance begins in September.  Bolton residents can apply for several programs to help with home heating for all fuel types and electric.  The CT Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) is available through ACCESS in Willimantic.  New this year, Generation Power CT (formerly Operation Fuel) applications can now be completed through Bolton Senior and Social Services.  Generation Power CT energy assistance program is only open four times per year.  The first round of applications for Generation Power CT assistance is open between September 2 – 10, 2025, please call 860-647-9196 or email cconcatelli@boltonct.gov for required documents and to schedule an appointment.  No drop-ins please.
