Bronx Zoo Trip
The Bronx Zoo is one of the premier zoos in the world covering more than 265 acres. It is home to more than 4000 animal species. Your all-inclusive ticket allows access to the exhibits, attractions and special rides. You will want to experience the Zoo Shuttle, Dinosaur Safari, the Wild Asia Monorail, the Children’s Zoo, the Bug Carousel, Nature Trek, Jungle World, Congo Gorilla Rain Forest and the Butterfly Gardens. It is hard to see this entire amazing zoo in one day. Bring your camera, your best walking shoes and your lunch if you want or you may purchase it at the zoo.
The coach bus will leave from the Tolland Commuter Lot at 7:00 am, we will arrive at the zoo’s Southern Blvd parking area about 10:00 a.m. We will leave from the same location at 4:30 p.m. We will plan a quick stop for dinner on the way home at the Darien rest stop.
We return to the Tolland Commuter lot about 8:30 p.m.
