Self-Monitoring Your Blood Pressure - Remote

EHHD will present a 4-part program on self-monitoring your blood pressure. These sessions are intended for people with uncontrolled hypertension or have two or more risk factors for hypertension.  The remote session may be done at your home or you may choose to come to Bentley for technical guidance and a group viewing. A free home blood pressure monitor will be offered to those who complete all 4 sessions.
