Section 1. A Public Library is hereby established, which shall, under the proper regulations to be adopted by the directors, be free to all inhabitants of the Town of Bolton.

YOU MAY PAY YOUR TAX BILL ONLINE, DROP IT OFF IN THE DROP SLOT BY TAX COLLECTOR’S DOOR OR BY MAIL. PLEASE PLAN AHEAD IF YOU NEED TO REGISTER A CAR. ABSOLUTELY NO IMMEDIATE TAKE OFF’S WILL BE ABLE TO BE MADE DURING THAT TIME PERIOD.
