The next BUDGET REFERENDUM will be held on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, from 6 AM to 8 PM at the Ryba Hall,
behind St. Maurice Church.

2025-2026 Budget Process Information

NEWS FROM THE TAX COLLECTOR :

As an update on the town current tax status as of 7-3-25.  The 4th budget referendum will be held at the Parish Center at St Maurice Church on July 15th.   The mill rate will then be determined (whether actual or temporary) on July 16th and taxes will be available to be paid and will be mailed out shortly after that.  Tax bills will need to be paid by September 1st to avoid interest.

Daily per car weekday :  Residents - $5           Non-residents - $15
Daily per car weekend:   Residents - $7           Non-residents - $25

Proof of Residency will be required to pay resident rates
WEEKENDS: Daily rates above are for cars with up to five people; each additional person is $2.00

Textile Recycling

For your convenience Bay State Textile has provided the Town of Bolton a collection bin which is located at the Senior Center, 104 Notch Road. All of the following items are acceptable and can be donated in any condition as long as they're clean and dry. Must be in bags.

Acceptable Items:  Belts, blankets, boots, bras, coats, comforters, curtains, draperies, dresses, flip flops, Halloween costumes, hats, jackets, jeans, sports jerseys, cloth napkins, pajamas, pants, pet beds, pet clothing, pillows pillow cases, purses, scarves, sheets, shirts, shoes, shorts, skirts, slippers, socks, stuffed animals, suits, sweaters, sweatpants, sweatshirts, table liners, ties, towels, t-shirts, undergarments.
