Per (CGS §12-110), the Board of Assessment Appeals will meet Tuesday, 9/8/2026 from 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm, in the Tax & Assessment Office in the Lower Level of Town Hall, to hear motor vehicle appeals on the 2025 Grand List. Appeal applications may be submitted to the Assessor’s Office by 1:00 pm, Friday, 9/4/2026. Walk-ins are also permitted. Per 12-71b(g)(2), only the MSRP can be appealed. Appeal applications are available on the BAA page of the town’s website, https://town.boltonct.gov/ and at the Assessor’s Office.
