NOTICE OF REFERENDUM – TOWN OF BOLTON
Pursuant to Section 8.5(3) of the Bolton Town Charter, electors and others qualified to vote at referendum in the Town of Bolton are hereby warned of a referendum to be held in the aforesaid Town of Bolton at the Parish Center at St. Maurice Church, 32 Hebron Road, Bolton, CT, on Tuesday, May 23, 2023, from 6 AM to 8 PM. The purpose of this referendum is to vote yes or no on the following question:
“SHALL THE ANNUAL BUDGET FOR THE TOWN OF BOLTON CONNECTICUT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2024 AS RECOMMENDED BY THE BOARD OF FINANCE IN THE AMOUNT OF $24,826,779 BE ADOPTED?”
Voting machines will be used. Absentee ballots are available in the Town Clerk’s office.
