Planning & Zoning Commission Notice of Public Hearing

The Bolton Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at 7:30pm virtually & in the Town Hall Meeting Room, 222 Bolton Center Rd, Bolton, CT, to hear:

  1. Michael Bugnacki’s appl. to amend Zoning Regulations Section 450-6.1N.(12)(a) to reduce the resident age restriction from 62 to 55 years of age for traditional multiple dwelling complex for the elderly (#PL-24-5).
  2. Michael Bugnacki’s appl. to modify Special Permit #PL-24-4 to reduce the resident age restriction from 62 to 55 years of age for 7 Loomis Rd.
