LEGAL NOTICE

Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of the Town of Bolton that the taxes for the 2025 Grand List will be due and payable on July 1^st, 2026. The Tax Collector’s office is located in the Bolton Town Hall, 222 Bolton Center Rd, Bolton, CT, lower level. Office hours for payments are as follows:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday – 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Tuesday – 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Friday – 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Payments must be received or postmarked by August 3rd, 2026, to avoid interest. Interest at the rate of 1.5% per month will be charged for all taxes remaining unpaid. Interest starts accruing from July 1^st, 2026, the date the taxes became due and payable. Minimum interest charge is $2.00 per bill.

Failure to receive a tax bill does not invalidate the tax or interest per CT State Statute. Please visit our website for additional information and FAQs at boltonct.gov.
